    岗位职责
    Identify 8 to 10 key responsibilities in rough order of importance. Focus on the results that are expected from the job. For each statement, please indicate what has to be done, within which area or framework, and with what end results.

    1. Provide regular technical and application trainings of MotulTech products to China industrial sales team
    2. Work closely with industrial sales team to maintain/develop key accounts via providing value-added technical services & support in the field
    3. Initiate product trials in relevant industry sectors, monitor and assess the trial periodically via benefit selling so as to achieve a final agreement
    4. Analyze & identify industrial marketing trend and need, propose to introduce new products when appropriate
    5. Collect competitors’ technical & marketing information, so as to make MotulTech technical service be more competent
    6. Develop distributor lube engineers to a basic level of conducting basic engineering services to customers, esp. via on-job-training

    岗位要求
    The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance:

    a) Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred

    b) Experience:
    At least 5 years working experience in industrial lubricant/lubrication as technical engineer, business development specialist, or relevant positions.

    c) Competency and Skills:
    Familiar with application or trouble-shooting in at the least 2 of following fields, metal working fluids, die casting agents, special lubricants, or industrial equipment lubricants
    A good team player and working closely with internal staff and HQ to ensure a high quality of technical service level
    Smooth communication in both oral & written English
    Familiar with Microsoft office tools, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

    2. Implement HQ strategic business plan to achieve corporate goals in the field of Marketing and Sales
    3. Develop and manage new distributors or channel dealers, as well as end users
    4. Identify customer needs, market trend and analyze competitors’information
    5. Develop business plan, including marketing action plans, providing marketing support to distributors
    6. Provide training and technical support to distributors and end users.

    岗位职责

    1. Work with distributors to achieve sales target in terms of volume, gross margin and unit gross margin,
    2. Develop sales activities in the responsible area by respecting the company strategies, product mix, sales guidelines
    3. Manage and develop distributors, provide consultant service to distributors
    4. Seek new business opportunities and develop new key accounts in responsible area
    5. Promote the marketing tools, new products, communicate the latest policies with distributors
    6. Co-visit local customers with distributors to understand the market, ensure to help them to develop those key customers
    7. Assist distributors on sales force recruitment and build sales team, give technical and selling skills trainings to enhance their professionalism
    8. Make accurate sales forecast in time for the safe of on time delivery and customer satisfaction, according to distributors and customers’ needs
    9. Complete sales reports and submit on time.
    岗位要求
    The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance:
    a) Education:
    University degree, major in chemical, machinery engineering will be preferred.
    b) Experience:
    At least 3 years working experience in sales and distributors management.
    c) Competency and Skills:
    Hard working, good interpersonal skills
    Smart, and good communication ability, strong negotiation skills
    FMCG is preferred
    Good at English and presentation
    Willingness to work under pressure and undertake business travel
    d) Trainings:
    Business Administration related trainings
